Justin Duhon
As service director, my focus is on both our staff, and the design and feel of an event. I coordinate interviews and manage hiring of new talent for our roster when we need more people, and I also utilize my industry connections to get the best decor and design elements to each and every event at the lowest cost possible to our clients.
My Story
Justin Duhon has proudly been a part of the Ruby team since the very beginning. As Service Director he has helped facilitate the growth of the company from its humble beginnings along with the company’s founder, Michael Turner. Justin has twelve years of experience in hospitality having worked in all aspects of the industry including many of the top catering companies in New York City. He has helped oversee staffing, party planning, event decor, and general direction of operations. Whatever a party needs Justin always makes sure that it’s taken care of and that you feel taken care of.
