As Ruby’s Director of Client Relations, I am honored to curate experiences for my clients from our first meeting to the last call at your event. One of my favorite things to do is to creatively problem-solve under pressure, so you can rest assured that no matter the weather, or the social climate you may be wrangling, I’m here to brave the elements by your side and make your event successful, fun and as stress-free as possible.
My Story
Hailing from Milwaukee, WI, Erin has twenty plus years of experience in the hospitality industry. Her career began at the ripe age of fourteen at a Chi-Chi’s by the mall.
Since then, Erin has led private dining rooms at Maialino at The Gramercy Park Hotel and 1 Hotel Central Park, and built the private dining program at Electric Lemon at The Equinox Hotel Hudson Yards from the ground up. She has consulted as a service and beverage director throughout New York City, Miami and Chicago, and now splits her time between NYC and CT, bringing a unique perspective to curate new experiences and offer great venues outside of New York City proper.
As a producer of films, Erin produces events the same way she makes movies work - with commitment, vision and timing - and she constantly relishes in the excitement of how one art form can inform the other.
When Erin's not working, you can find her at your local thrift store buying vintage dresses she doesn't need.
